Suppose you have a space enthusiast and want to be astronaut in your life. Then the astronaut zip-up hoody by Aeromax Toys is the perfect gift for gifting. The hoody is available in a range of sizes for both children and adults. The hoodie is themed as an astronaut suit. The design is very clever and fun with excellent attention to detail. The hoodie is white with black cuffs and a waistband.
It is full zip which allows for ease of getting on & off. There are two pockets which are big enough for hour hands. Plus, a hood. The badges are printed on the hoodie. The badges bring the hoodie to life, transforming it into an astronaut jacket.
The badges include:
Nasa printed on the back
On the hood a large headset badge
On the front: strap badges plus Nasa & a commander badge.
The printed badges feel very high quality and look very sharp.
The hoodie is made of a poly-cotton (65% poly, 35% cotton) mix that has stretch in it and is a decent thickness, again highlighting the high quality of the product. The material is soft to touch with a nice thickness between your fingers. It felt cosy. It can be washed at 30’c. The hoodie is sized using the American system, so it did take some conversion.
The sizes are:
Adult X-Large: 190-215 lbs,
Adult Large: 175-190 lbs,
Adult Small: 110-160 lbs,
Youth Large, 54-110 lbs, 48-60.”
Youth Small, 32-62 lbs, 35-50.”
I chose the Youth Large size for my taller than average seven-year-old, who usually wears 8-9 years jumpers or hoodies. The hoody is a bit on the large size for them, but it doesn’t look too big or like they are wearing a piece of clothing stolen from an older sibling. The smaller size would have been too small. I recommend that if you or the recipient are between sizes, go for the larger size. There is plenty of growing room for the future and will last many years due to the high quality of the material.
Feedback from my seven-year-old “wow, mummy, I’ve never seen one of these before. I look like an actual astronaut”, “I can’t wait to show my friends & Grandad”, and “daddy will want one of these hoodies too”.
The hoody is now the favourite go-to item of clothing. The hoody does look very smart on and my child is so happy wearing it.
Whilst it is on the more expensive side, especially for buying a hoody for a child. The design is unique, and the hoody is made of very high quality material.
It is a lovely gift for a child or adult that loves space or dreams of becoming an astronaut.
The only thing I would change would be for some of the badges to be embroidered on.
I would buy as an extra special gift for a child or adult.
