Wow! A Spice Girls showcase in Nottingham – what more could a girl want!!!

Wannabe is a showcase of the Spice Girls career with their biggest hits ‘Spice Up Your Life’ to ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ Wannabe takes you on a journey that leaves you wanting more. As time goes by you do forget how truly awesome they were – this performance such brings them memories flooding back

This high energy fun performance gets everyone signing and up on their feet dancing in the aisles. Male dancers join in on stage they are a delight to watch and attract the female attention. The audience, needless to say, was made up of mainly females, however, I did spot the odd male dotted around. Large numbers of audience had gone to some trouble dressing up and Union Jacks were a many, Ginger Spice also supported the Union Jack dress in true style.

There was lots of singing and dancing it was a AMA I gotta party atmosphere and such a fun matinee performance. Baby and Sporty spice left the stage and joined the audience to ensure everyone was up on their feet joint in. Girl Power was definitely at Nottingham Theatre Royal last night.

The singers has great voices and the portrayed The Spice Girls well. It was obvious that they had put some time in studying their mannerisms. There clothes were also spot in.

Sadly, the audio seemed a little off in the first half of the performance. This was rectified for the second half.

There were interactive screens during the interval to allow you to singing along to other songs around the same era. This made you not want to leave your seat!

It was an excellent show and a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Wannabe is the musical stage show and not part of the Spice Girls tour
