Super Mario Balancing Game Ground Stage Review

As a mum of 3 children including twins aged 10, I am often on the lookout for games which I think that they will enjoy playing.  I am also a fan of anything which I feel will help further develop their coordination and fine motor skills.  This game seemed to tick so many boxes, so I was very excited about getting the opportunity to review it. 

The toy arrived quickly in perfect condition. I was glad to see that there was minimal packaging.   The game is clearly made from quality materials, and I would imagine that it should last a long time. 

The packaging contained the following items:
A couple of instruction sheets which were easy to follow and in several languages including English

A dice

4 characters

A 2 piece stand

The game was very quick to set up which is good because we couldn’t wait to get started playing it. The characters are brightly coloured and look appealing.  Super Mario looks adorable in his red, blue and white outfit. Whilst the dinosaur character is my favourite character, all of the characters are very cute. The turtle character is my 2nd favourite character.  I tend to find that my sons particularly like games which have various characters. 

The game is suitable for children aged 4+.  To start off you roll the dice and place the number of characters on the stand that the dice indicates.  You then move onto the next person and place the number of characters indicated on the dice until all characters are placed on the stand. Then each person in turn rolls the dice and the same number of characters as is on the dice gets taken off the stand.

We had so much fun playing this game over and over again. There was lots of excitement and laughter.  I think I had just as much fun as the little humans in my life.  I love that Super Mario was a part of my life as I was growing up and now that I have my own children, Super Mario is a part of their life too.

I would recommend this game to others.  It is perfect to play during family time and is small and lightweight enough to take with you on family adventures.  I think that this game would appeal to adults and children alike.

This fantastic game kept my children engaged for a good amount of time.  I think that it would make a great Christmas or birthday gift idea.
