Corn Flakes
When I think of corn flakes I think of the sun and this lovely orangey yellow packaging certainly made me feel warm just looking at it. The cereal is Wheat, Dairy and Gluten free, high in fibre and low in fat so a fabulously healthily way to start the day. The box and packet both opened easily and the flakes were tasty and filling. We even made cornflake cakes from them and my girls loved them.

Frosted Flakes
These come in a white box, clearly labelled with the brand, ingredients, and the fact that they are not only gluten free, but also wheat and dairy free is a bonus, so no one has to miss out in this tasty cereal.
They open by sliding your finger under the flap on the top and once they are open the flakes themselves are sealed in a clear bag for extra freshness.
These low fat frosted flakes are quite nice, most frosted flakes apart from Kellogg's don't taste that good, but these ones are nice, even more tastier with agave nectar sweetener on top of them, will certainly keep an eye out for these in stores.

Special Flakes
This gluten free, low in fat, high in fibre, wheat and dairy free cereal is perfect for anyone with allergies or those just looking to eat sensibly. The eyecatching red and white box really makes it jump out at you. The box was a doddle to open as was the bag inside containing the flakes. The flakes tasted great and really filled me up. I tried mine both warm and cold and they were yummy either way. A great cereal which beats most of the leading brands in flavour.
