Just as I was about to sit down with a cuppa, what better to accompany it than a yummy mini panettone. This came in a small white box with a black band around the top and bottom, with a clear picture of the panettone on it. It is clearly labelled with the company, what’s the box contains, the ingredients and also the nutritional information. The best before date is also clear on top of the box.
Upon opening this individual portion panettone was sealed within a clear bag, which was easy to open. The sweet bread was wrapped sat in its very own muffin case, which was a little tricky to take off, and also left lots of crumbs behind, and did rip a bit when i was trying to get into it before my brew went cold.
It smelt lovely and fresh and I could smell lemons for some reason but as far as I could see on the ingredients there isn’t any lemons in it! But nevertheless it was delicious. Packed to the brim with juicy raisins and what’s better it is even gluten free!
I would recommend this to any fellow cake lover and even my little kids loved it, it even comes with recommendations from 'Dr Chris'.
