FFOR Re-Move Yellow Gift Set Review

Like many people I used lockdown as an opportunity to grow out my dyed hair and go back to my natural colour which is now silver/grey. I’m happy with the colour but grey hair can sometimes pick up a yellow hue from the environment and this is something I want to avoid so FFOR RE-Move yellow is the perfect product for me to try. The gift set I received contained 1 x 300ml bottle of Re:move yellow shampoo, 1x 300ml bottle Re:move yellow conditioner and 1x 200ml tube of Re:move yellow conditioning mask all packed in a stylish black tin which I will be keeping to use as a storage tin.

The shampoo is a vivid purple as is the conditioner and mask but don’t be alarmed your hair won’t turn purple, it rinses right out but it really enhanced the silver in my hair giving it a lovely deep shine.  The instructions advise using gloves as the product can stain.  I didn’t use gloves, firstly because I didn’t have any and secondly because I didn’t fancy washing my hair with gloves on and it was fine I wasn’t left with any noticeable staining on my hands.  The shampoo lathers up well into tight little bubbles and rinses out easily.  The key ingredients are cedarwood bark oil, lemongrass oil and lavender oil.

The conditioner is rich and thick and very easy to spread evenly through the hair the key ingredients are Brazil nut oil, sunflower seed oil and cedarwood bark oil.

The conditioning mask can be used in place of the conditioner when you feel your hair needs some extra conditioning.  It’s combed through the hair after shampooing and left for 3 – 5 minutes before rinsing out and leaves the hair extra soft and shiny.  I’ve used hair masks in the past which have to be left on for 15 – 20 minutes and didn’t find them user friendly as I had to hang around in the bathroom waiting for the product to work.  This one was much easier to use and just as effective.  It left my hair super soft and shiny and the light reflected off it beautifully.  The products are also designed to work well on blonde hair.

Since using these products, friends have complimented me on how healthy my hair looks.
