Scars, acne scars and stretch marks affect a large portion of the UK so I was delighted when I was asked to review Purepotions Scar Oil that claims to reduce the noticeable effect on scars and marks.
The product was packaged in simple and effective way with directions for use clearly displayed on the side, it was sturdy and easy to open. The bottle had a pipette to allow for easier application.
The oil was easy to use and only required a small amount to be applied to the directed area otherwise it became very greasy. The oil has a nice smell to it and dried shortly after application as long as the product was not applied liberally.
After use my skin felt soft and well hydrated although, for me, it did not seem to help the visibility of my scars (maybe a longer period of time I will start to notice a difference). I feel that this product is well suited to the treatment of small patches of dry skin and I would recommend it highly for this use.
The Purepotions Scar Oil is 100% natural, perfume and paraben free and contains Calendula Oil, Grapeseed Oil and is enriched with vitamin A, vitamin C, omega-3, omega-6 and Rosehip Oil.
