Blade And Rose Casey The Goose Top Review

WOW, WOW, WOW. This is such an adorably cute top which the picture on the company’s website does not do it justice at all.

As I did with Casey The Goose Leggings, I fell in love with top before I even took it out of the packaging. Blade and Rose really do make exquisite baby clothes and this top goes amazingly well with Casey The Goose Leggings.

I was lucky enough to receive the top for the age group 1-2 years and they are true to size and look stunning on.

The bottom of the sleeves has ample elasticity making it easy to put baby and toddler’s arms through them without the being too tight on their wrists. I especially love the neck as it has two poppers which you can undo before placing the top over their head, this is such a well thought out idea and makes it so much easier without any struggles at all.

On the front of the top is the most amazing and beautiful illustration of Casey The Goose. She stands proud with her head in the air wearing a green scarf. The stitching of the motif is second to none and I love the softness of her head, neck and wing. (Yes, it is made in China but the quality and workmanship is amazing).

The bright and bold colours are especially good for baby and toddler as it really does help with their cognitive development. The colours are:-

Purple
Pink
Green
Yell
Red
Blue

As with all new clothing, I do prefer to wash them first and the top watched up beautifully. It was a nice warm and sunny day, so I turned them inside out and dried them in the shade to avoid any fading. All-in-all, this is a beautiful top and matches extremely well with the Blade & Rose’s Casey The Goose Leggings.

HOW TO WASH AND CARE FOR THE TOP
You can wash in a washing machine at 30 degrees. On the label it does state not to put in the tumble dryer. Due to the bold and bright colours, I would advise drying in shade and not direct sunlight, or, now we have the colder weather, I also hung them in the airing cupboard overnight and the top was lovely and dry the next day. The top can be ironed but you will need to turn them inside out to do this as to avoid marking the images and motif.
