Blade And Rose Casey The Goose Leggings Review

OH MY DAYS…. These are absolutely gorgeous and beautiful and I have to say, the picture on the company’s website does not do it justice at all.

I fell in love with them before I even took them out of the packaging.

I was lucky enough to receive the leggings for the age group 1-2 years and they are true to size and look stunning on.

These stripy leggings are great. The waist of the leggings, with the brand Blade & Rose on it, has ample elasticity making it easy to go over baby and toddler and sits beautifully on their waist and tummy. The bottoms of the leggings where the feet go through again, have ample elasticity to get baby and toddlers feet through.

On the back of the leggings is a beautiful illustration of Casey The Goose. She stands proud with her head in the air wearing a pink scarf. The stitching of the motif is second to none and I love the soft fluffiness of her head, neck and wing, this is great for sensory play when not being worn. On the bottom of the legs at the front are some cute little flowers and a toadstool. (Yes, it is made in China but the quality and workmanship is amazing).

The bright and bold colours are especially good for baby and toddler as it really does help with their cognitive development. The colours are:-

Purple
Pink
Green
Yell
Red
Blue

As with all new clothing, I do prefer to wash them first and these watched up beautifully. It was a nice warm and sunny day, so I turned them inside out and dried them in the shade to avoid any fading. Please see below on how to wash and care of the leggings (this information is taken from the label within the leggings themselves).

All-in-all, these are a beautiful pair of leggings and match extremely well with the Blade & Rose’s Casey The Goose Top.

HOW TO WASH AND CARE FOR THE LEGGINGS
You can wash in a washing machine at 40 degrees. On the label it does state not to iron or put in the tumble dryer. Due to the bold and bright colours, I would advise drying in shade and not direct sunlight, or, now we have the colder weather, I hung them in the airing cupboard overnight and they were lovely and dry the next day.
