This Booster Chair from BabyBjorn is great. Our son can now sit at the table much easier and enjoy mealtimes with the rest of the family.
A hard, sturdy plastic seat that easily attaches to most dining chairs. It has a strap underneath the seat that you release by pressing the large button on the back which then allows you to fix the seat to the chair. Once the strap is clipped on underneath the seat you then tighten the strap by pushing in the button and turning it to tighten. Not only does it get your children sitting at the correct height at the table but is also very safe so the booster chair will not slip, slide or come loose from the chair.
It is BPA free, easy to clean, small and portable (weighs 2.6lb/1.2kg) and gets your children sitting at the table properly and joining in with meals as a family. Our son loves to sit at the kitchen table to play with his toys which is great as he is now not sitting on the kitchen floor with toys everywhere.
Overall, this is a great product and our son loves it. It is very safe to use with the restraining strap and the mini pads on the bottom to prevent slipping. These are great for any home but would also be great in restaurants but these are small and light enough to take them with you.
My only small criticism would be that as it is a hard seat it might be slightly improved with a padded or softer seating part but other than that I can’t fault it. At about £54 you may consider it slightly on the expensive side but it is worth the money with the safety features and will get lots of use.
