Faye The Dumbo Octopus Squishsmallow From The Entertainer Review

If you live with young people, you are sure to have heard of Squishmallows. They are super cute stuffed egg-shaped cuddly toys that are available in a wide variety of designs. Social media is awash with them and every time I turn on Tik Tok, they appear and are literally one of the favourite toys on the market at the moment. It’s clear to see why, as they are cute, cuddly, super soft and just adorable.

We were lucky enough to be sent a very sweet 16-inch Faye the Dumbo Octopus from The Entertainer. When it arrived in the post it was instantly obvious why these gorgeous toys are so incredibly popular. They are made from exceptionally soft material which is incredibly tactile and the size and shape of them make them perfect for cuddling. With a rainbow pastel tie-died coat, adorned with a sweet winking face and little tentacles at the bottom, Faye the Dumbo Octopus is as cute as can be. As you’d expect from their name it’s squishy, soft and bound to end up being a firm favourite toy.

As well as the adorable Faye the Octopus, The Entertainer offer a full range of animals in their collection, from your everyday Cow and Hamster to an Axolotl and Hermit Crab. You can also find some popular Disney characters in the collection and even some interesting snacks – including sushi! Each design is as lovable as the other and just scrolling through them on the website is a huge amount of fun. I’m not shy to admit, I fell in love with them all and you can easily understand why they are so hugely popular and become collectibles.

They are also available in a range of sizes meaning that as well as a main present, some of the smaller designs would also be a perfect stocking filler. The Entertainer website advises them as being suitable for children aged from three to ten years. However, I know that older children including teens also adore them and would be very happy to receive one as a present.

They are extremely well made and this is backed up by some of the five-star reviews on The Entertainer website. I also noticed that when you order from The Entertainer there are some exclusive designs that you might not be able to buy from other retailers including Gracia the Meerkat and Swish the Swordfish.

Prices start at just £9 making them an affordable present to gift whilst also being a toy that not only will make you super popular – as all children want one at the moment – but also you know will be loved and cherished for years to come. Once you’ve felt these squishy, soft toys with the cutest faces you ever did see, it’d be hard for it not to become one of those toys you cherish forever.
