After my c-section I was so worried about accidentally knocking my stomach or one the kids or dog jumping on me. Then I tried the Theraline Caesarean Belt. These should be given out after every caesarean. Once putting the belt on and inserting the protective shield it saved me all the worry of damaging my scar tissue. It gave me peace of mind and helped the healing process. It is a great product.
It was a very good, comfortable fit, lightweight and breathable. It has inserts for a heat pack which you heat up in a microwave to relieve any aches and pains. It has a cooling pack to reduce any swelling you may have and a protective pillow to stop any rubbing. You can wear if all day without any discomfort, I even wore it while sleeping.
Once I put it on and adjusted the fit I put in the protective shield and didn’t have to worry about my new daughter kicking my stomach or any other accidental knocks or bumps around the house or from the other kids or the dog jumping up. It was such a relief not to have the constant stress of worrying about it. It also helped relieve the itching of the scar once I put the cooling pack in.
This is a great quality product. It is made very well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who has just had a caesarean or is about to have one.
