The Jacqueline Wilson Christmas Cracker by Jacqueline Wilson Review

Reviewed by Lucy Lowndes

When my nine year old daughter received The Jacqueline Wilson Christmas Cracker book by Jacqueline Wilson she was very eager to start reading it. Having read many of Jacqueline Wilson’s books in the past we had high hopes that this one would be just as good, and we were not disappointed.

The cover of the book is bright and bold. Inside the book there are many stories, including some staring my daughter’s favourite Jacqueline Wilson character – Tracy Beaker. There are also some tips on how to write your own Christmas poem, puzzles, recipes, facts and some present wrapping tips!

Throughout the book there are some wonderful illustrations (illustrated by Nick Sharratt) and the font is large and easy to read.

Myself and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed this book, it is a wonderful festive read, and another masterpiece from Jacqueline Wilson.

The RRP of this book is £6.99 which for the quality and quantity of the book is a good price.

This would be a great addition to any 8+ year old’s book shelf.

We give Jacqueline Wilson’s, Christmas Cracker a 5/5.
