The baby rattle ‘hug me bear’ was really appealing, a cream circular rattle with a teddy bear at the top and small arms, perfect for the developing baby as they learn how to grip. The fabric was soft and lovely natural colours. The packaging really matched the ethos of the brand name ‘Natures Purest’, with cardboard backing and a natural rope and ribbon holding the rattle in place. It bought to mind the idea of an environmentally and ecologically friendly product with recycled packaging, perfect for young babies and a pleasant change from plastic toys. Baby Sam (5 months) was our product tester and he really engaged with the bear, cooing and reaching out for him, and of course, putting him straight in his mouth!
The product website (www.naturespurest.co.uk) is worth a look to view a wide range of products made of natural cotton with no chemicals used to add colour, perfect for precious newborns. I give it 5/5 for price, packaging, product and ethos.
