This is quite a strong liquor from Brazil made from fermented sugar cane. It is the most popular distilled alcoholic drink in Brazil. It has many names such as "aguardente", "pinga" and "caninha".
I found the taste and smell of the liquor different to anything I have ever tasted before and being 39% proof quite potent too. If you are interested in trying something new and different I would recommend this liquor.
