A frightfully fabulous theatre show unlike anything else you will ever see!
The Rocky Horror Show is currently showing at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking and opened with a perfect show full of outrageously camp upbeat songs and shockingly sexy costumes.
The story follows Brad and Janet, a newly engaged couple, whose car happens to get a flat tyre. They stumble across a house that’s home to Frank N Furter and is host to a whole house full of whacky and weird characters. Soon Brad and Janet get caught up in the mad goings on and their innocence is lost forever.
This show is not for you if you are easily offended. With lots of naughty scenes and most people wearing very little, this is definitely adults only, but for anyone wanting to experience a show unlike anything else then this is for you. The show keeps very close to the film and true fans won’t be disappointed. The songs are full of energy, with the best being the famous Time Warp. With everyone up on their feet, the whole theatre joining in, the atmosphere was buzzing. What a treat to have Dom Jolly as the narrator, he was perfect in reacting to the audience and was so funny.

Stephen Webb did a brilliant job as Frank N Furter and for me he really stood out. Everyone was spot on with all the dancing and singing, it was just great fun.
This is the 3rd time I’ve seen The Rocky Horror Show and each time is as exciting as the last, it never gets old, I could see this time and time again. I loved this show so much. there really is nothing else like it. You will not be disappointed but if you haven’t seen the film come with an open mind.
The New Victoria Theatre is always a joy to visit with lovely staff and facilities. The parking is only a few minutes walk away and charges a cheap evening rate. I would definitely recommend this show and theatre.
