Written especially for children, with fun pages and illustrations by Quentin Blake.

I’m sure everyone at some stage in their life has read a Roald Dahl story, I personally have read many, my favourite being Charlie and the chocolate factory. So I was very pleased to be given the chance to review this book full of interesting facts about his life, and explanations as to how he came to be such a brilliant author.

Fantastic Mr Dahl opens with Michael Rosen’s memory of his first meeting with the world greatest storyteller. Full of lovely photos and drawings and simply written this is meant for children but adults will also love it too! I know I did!

This is perfect for reading aloud to your little ones, or for young readers who are not quite ready to enter into Dahl’s world of enchanting longer books.

I really enjoyed reading this and would recommend to all Roald Dahl fans young and old. Buy it – you won’t be disappointed.
