The Elves’ Workshop Gift Tin from Lush is a lovely gift idea for any age. It is a nice tin containing 2 bubble bars and 2 bath bombs.
Lush products are all natural ingredients and not tested on animals.
When you open the tin there’s a little penguin peeping at you. Super cute! The smell is divine. I’m already a lush fan but this would win anyone over. My boys had 4 extra fun bath times with this tin – well actually 3 because I kept one for myself!!
Our first one was Butter Bear. A small polar bear bath bomb. This one contains cocoa butter so made the bath water creamy and the children’s skin soft and smelling of delicious vanilla. The bath bombs you just drop into a full bath and watch them fizz giving the bath colour and scent.
Next up was Drummers Drumming – this is a bubble bar but with a difference. It’s on a stick with bells attached to be like one of those little drum toys. My younger boys thought it was brilliant but weren’t too keen on melting it. This one’s strawberry scented. The difference with a bubble bar is you crumble it under running water to give loads and loads of bubbles. My kids loved the big bubble bath. This is actually big enough to do 2 baths.
Our next bubble bar was the little Christmas Penguin – I felt a little guilty melting this little fella. The scent of orange and mandarin soon made up for the guilt. Lovely bubble bath with natural ingredients and fragrances that are kind to the skin.
The grand finale for my bath bomb experience was golden wonder. A huge present shaped bath bomb. This one’s lime fragrance but has gold sparkle that leaves the skin with a gold lustre – I used half of this in a bath with the door locked and an ice cold glass of wine before a night out. My skin was lovely and soft with a little sparkle. I’m saving the other half for a Christmas party night out I have coming up soon.
Overall this is a lovely gift idea for any age. It would make a great Christmas present for your family. Or maybe buy the box and give as individual presents (maybe keep 1 for yourself).
