Rotary Oxford Ladies Watch Review

Rotary is a long standing Watch Maker with over 125 years of British Design. Whilst I had not previously been lucky enough to own a Rotary Watch I have admired their designs for many years when walking past jewellers and looking at the window displays. I liked that the designs are not fussy & timeless.

I remember my older relatives having Rotary Watches and been told that they are made of strong stuff and last forever if looked after.

The Rotary Oxford Watch is a ladies watch that has a sports look to it whilst being feminine at the same time.

The face of the watch is a lovely pastel pink colour covered by a high quality watch face that is scratch resistant.
Within the watch face is there is a date dial that adds a nice touch.

The casing for the watch is 32mm made from stainless steel with a two tone stainless steel bracelet which has a three link design.

When I initially held that watch, I instantly noticed that it felt heavier than my usual watch which is of cheaper quality and more of a fashion accessory, to be honest. Once I had the Rotary Watch on, it didn’t feel heavy or noticeable that I was wearing it. It felt was if the watch was made for my wrist, it fitted perfectly and was over bulky.

I love that the watch has a double clasp to make it much more secure when wearing and less likely to become undone and fall off.

It is very easy to read the time and date on the face.  Another added bonus is that the watch is water resistant to 50 meters if you need to get the watch wet.  I haven’t tried this feature due to personal preference but reassuring to know.

I have found wearing the watch very comfortable and that it looks very smart on but hasn’t looked out if place if I’ve worn formal or informal clothing- it is so versatile. The pink watch face is very complimenting to the hand/wrist but also means that it looks great against all colours of clothing. A lovely addition.

The watch came beautifully presented in a smart green presentation box with extra strap links included if needing to extend, plus a two year guarantee and the option to extend for an additional year.  Best of all the time and date on the watch were accurate. I was very pleased with this touch as it can be a faff setting the date correctly.

Everything about the watch from the watch itself, to the attention to detail and packaging shows that a great deal of design thought and process has created the finished product, which is of superb craftmanship and quality.

This watch would make a wonderful gift for Mothers Day as it is smart, functional and charming. The style of the watch compliments any outfit.

The quality of the watch is superb and will be long lasting.  Along with the pastel pink face, there are also pastel blue and pastel violet colour face options available.  Perfect for a Mum of any age.

Whilst I have been wearing the watch I have received many compliments from a wide range of people of different ages and genders. I have had both my mum & teen niece eyeing it up.
