This item was first offered to me in October 2022 when my granddaughter was one year old. She wasn’t walking and I thought that this would be a fun toy which would help her and give her confidence to get from A to B.
I didn’t receive the item until 11th April 2023. My granddaughter is now walking really well without any help or aids. While she might play with the activity part of the item a little, I think that unfortunately she is now too old to get the most out of it and I wont see her now for another few weeks. I would say that it would be for ideal for a baby of between 9 months to 2 years maximum.

For the above age group, it looks an amazing toy to help with walking, balance and confidence and have many different activities to stimulate, amuse and educate.

The walker projects light in different combinations on the floor to encourage baby to take those first steps. The activity board has many exciting features including a light dome, sounds and activities, a mirror and piano keys. The walker folds down so baby can play with it while sitting on the floor. There are a total of seventy songs, sounds and activities. It folds flat for easy storage. The packaging is very robust.

I tried the walker out with a friends grandson – 12 months old. He absolutely loved it both when taking steps with it and when playing on the floor with the activity centre. He loved the lights and different colours when pushing it and was obsessed with pushing the buttons to make the sounds. These animal sounds are a learning tool whilst playing. He found the three coloured cog wheels at the top interesting but couldn’t work out how to turn them – give him another couple of months and he will have the motor skills to do this. He also liked the little mirror behind the blue slider although doesn’t realise who he is looking at! There are also activities – beads, sliders on the sides of the walker giving more interest and things to occupy little minds and fingers. He will have fun with this for the next year.

All in all I think this is a very good toy with multiple activities giving babies and toddlers hours of fun exploring the different things to do and helping them with learning to walk. The range of activities have been designed to help children to gain different skills including fine motor skills, have fun, learn about sounds, colours and listen to songs. As with all Little Tikes items I feel it is well built and would last for a good few years. I will let my friends grandson use it & keep it for any future grandchildren as I know they would love it.
