Exciting Halloween Chocolate Adventure with Cocoba!

I was really excited to receive a pack of Halloween Bites, a set of three Halloween Orange Hot Chocolate Bombs, and a Hot Chocolate Spoon from Cocoba to try out. Chocolate is a big favourite in our house, so you can imagine the delighted squeals when the package arrived! The kids couldn’t wait for me to open the box, so of course, they had to help me. Their eager little hands ripped open the packaging, revealing adorable chocolate shapes of a pumpkin, a ghost, and a skull.

The first to disappear were the Halloween Bites. They really enjoyed biting into the thick and creamy chocolate and were quite disappointed when there were no more left—a definite sign of success! With Halloween in just 23 days, indulging in these delightful chocolates felt like the perfect way to kick off the spooky season.

After enjoying the Halloween Bites, we decided to try something a bit different: the Halloween Orange Hot Chocolate Bombs. This set came with three bombs, each looking like little bath bombs in their vibrant orange colour. Making them was simple and added a touch of excitement to our afternoon. Here’s how it went:

1. Heat 250 ml of milk in a cup. I love the simplicity of this step—just pop the milk in the microwave or heat it on the stove.

2. Drop in the bomb and pour the hot milk over it.

As soon as the hot milk hit the bomb, I watched in anticipation. While it didn’t fizz like I expected, it melted beautifully, releasing the rich chocolate into the milk. Before long, it transformed into a lovely chocolate orange drink! It was delightful—rich, creamy, and perfectly comforting for a chilly day.

However, I have to admit my daughter wasn’t keen on it since she doesn’t like chocolate orange. I’m not quite sure what she was expecting when she decided to give it a go, but hey, we can’t all have the same tastes!

Next up was the Hot Chocolate Spoon. This treat was a delightful surprise, featuring a rich milk chocolate spoon topped with a white chocolate ghost. The preparation was just as simple as the bombs, and here’s how we made it:

1. Heat the milk in a cup until it’s steaming but not boiling.

2. Add the spoon and stir until it melts completely.

The result was a cup of the most luscious hot chocolate I’ve had in a long time! It was velvety smooth, and I could taste the high-quality chocolate in every sip. I found myself wishing I had some marshmallows on hand to add to the mix; they’re a must in our family when it comes to hot chocolate.

Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our chocolate adventure with Cocoba. The kids loved every bite and sip, while my husband couldn’t resist the chocolate ghost from the spoon. It’s safe to say this Halloween treat was a big hit, and I would happily buy them again!
