The online fan community of quirky body & bathing brand, Treacle Moon, were today treated to a preview of the newest edition in the line-up, which has been developed on the back of their requests, ideas and testing.
Since 2009, a monthly competition has been running from the brand’s website, www.treaclemoon.net, which encourages fans of the range to submit their suggestions for new fragrances and the front of pack ‘fairy tale stories’ that they invoke. In 2011, the Treacle Moon team set up a league table for all the suggestions to date and since the New Year, have been sending out different pots of tester fragrances and running surveys and polls amongst the brand’s Facebook community (www.Facebook.com/TreacleMoonOfficial), allowing them to shape the creation of this Spring’s forthcoming special edition – Iced Strawberry Dream bath & shower gel (£2.99 / 500ml).
The chosen fragrance of Iced Strawberry Dream was described by fans as ‘succulent’, ‘juicy’ and ‘mouth-wateringly delicious’ and is based on accords of sun-ripened strawberries, highlighted with summer fruit accents of peach and guava (which are found naturally in the Strawberry fruit) and topped off with a lick of soft candy and a dab of sweet sorbet, to complete the authentic, ripened scent.

Iced Summer Dream will launch into Tesco stores, nationwide, from March 2012, priced £2.99 (500ml, equivalent to £0.60 per 100ml).
