Date started for the ordering online: 23rd January. Delivery method via standard mail (good value) and it was delivered as a large letter by Royal Mail on 26th January (very quick).

I was impressed by the ordering and personalisation process for this book as it was amazingly easy and straightforward. I have hated the so-called personalisation of items online in the past as the choices of words, phrases have not been what I wanted and the whole process has taken ages. The initial personalisation details requested for the book are the person’s name, date of birth, gender and who the book is from. If you make a mistake, it is so easy to edit and correct the mistake. The whole book can also be previewed at the end to check that you are completely happy with each page before it is sent for printing. When the company says it can be personalised for everyone, they are right; from the colour of the cover to different types of quotes, pictures and different design layouts. This personalisation is very simple to do. All you need to do is scroll through the book pages clicking on the edit icons and from these choosing what will make the book most relevant for the person the book is for. You can even upload a picture of your own choice from your own computer!

The whole process from selecting the type of book I wanted, to receiving confirmation of the order took less than 15 minutes. This was impressive.

When the book arrived, it was well packaged. On opening the package, I found the book in perfect condition. The printed colours were exactly as I had seen on the screen during the personalisation process (this is not often the case with some personalisation books) and it is made of high-quality paper so feels good.

This book was made for my husband as a gift and he was thrilled with it due to the sentiments within as well as the interesting, informative, fun facts and he was impressed by the overall presentation of the book.

I would certainly recommend it as a gift for the one in your life as a Valentine’s Day, birthday, or anniversary gift or just as a gift to show them, you love them.
