Long Line Sweat Top

Much of BAM Bamboo clothing is geared towards fitness – they offer a comprehensive selection of sweat pants, yoga pants, running leggings and various workout tops that appear to be very carefully designed to ensure a good fit and outstanding comfort while exercising. I am certain that this is indeed the case. Nonetheless, I am currently pregnant and even before that, have unfortunately never been the most inclined to go for a run!
I was very impressed however with the range clothing they offer, as well as the beautiful dusky colours in their collections, all with lovely names such as Slate, Graystone, Blackcurrent, Ombre Grey and so on. I chose a Winter Collection item that seemed like a perfect staple for my wardrobe: Women’s Bamboo Long Line Sweat Top – Charcoal Marl.
When I took it out of the package, I immediately noticed that it is incredibly soft, warm and very good quality. The label also informed me that it was breathable and antibacterial – bamboo is a super-material! The colour of this item, a dark grey, really does go with anything and the design being like a sweater-dress means it can be worn with jeans, leggings or tights, so is very versatile.
Overall, it was the wonderful comfort that struck me. If I didn’t need to wash it, I’d have worn it for a week straight! It’s like having a fitted fleece blanket, including a handy central pocket section that you might find on a hoody and quite a bit of stretch to the material. This is very helpful for me as I expand with pregnancy, but equally a feature I presume, of most BAM clothing that ensures those who would be wearing this on a brisk country walk etc… would find it unrestrictive.
BAM Clothing is quite expensive (this sweat top has an rrp of £55), but I guarantee that you would not regret the investment when you are rewarded with such quality, style and comfort. I even noted that they plant a tree in the name of each person who purchases an item from them, showing that they are dedicated to the environment and clearly a very ethical company.
