Put the date in your diary and book your tickets for what is going to be a sensational evening of music on Friday 19th September 2025 @ 7.30pm.
The BBC Concert Orchestra will be joined by four sensational West End singers to help the audience step back in time and sway to music from the roaring 20’s and fabulous 30’s. It promises to be a magical night with songs like Irving Berlin’s ‘Let’s Face the Music and Dance’, and Cole Porter’s ‘I’ve got You Under My Skin’ amongst many others.
The BBC Concert Orchestra will be led through this musical journey by the highly versatile conductor, Michael England. Michael has many orchestral credits to his name, including the London Philharmonic, Orchestra of Shanghai Opera House, National Symphony Orchestra and many many more.
The performance will be recorded live and broadcast by BBC Radio 3 and will be available on BBC Sounds afterwards, but being there in person will be an evening of romance and glamour and one not to be missed. Be sure to get your tickets and be transported by music to an era that was impressive in style, elegance and rhythm.
