This pesto comes in a sturdy well-proportioned jar, with a bright snappy label, the red of which really makes the green of the pesto pop.
The pesto is really fresh tasting, yet with the mature under tone of the parmesan. The pine nuts still have a lovely snap to them, and haven't been crushed, this makes the texture really exciting to the taste buds. The olive oil used has a great flavour to it too.
All in all, this is the best pesto I have ever had, and I would recommend it to all fans of Italian food.
