Grace & Stella You’re my pot o’gold Rainbow Bath Bombs come in pretty box in pastel rainbow colours.  I was delighted to review these bath bombs, who wouldn’t be!  Since the pandemic I make time once a week for a thorough pamper night, bath bomb in the bath, hair mask to rescue my hair, face mask, foot spa the works.  It took the pandemic to make me realise you really do have to make the time to look after yourself, no one else will.

Bath bombs are so easy to add to your evening bath and are a great way to treat your body and give you time to soak away the everyday stresses that life brings to us all.  I shouldn’t have to make myself make time, but I think most of us are so busy working, socialising looking after our children, grandchildren parents, we forget to get off the merry go round of life often enough and take a breath.

Grace & Stella are an online beauty company selling a wide range of all of the above, so a one stop shop for all your pampering needs.  The company launched in 2016 (how have I not heard of them before!) and on reading their bio I realise they believe in everything I have already written and more, make time for you!  Their products are amongst other things 100 percent vegan, cruelty free certified, sulphate and paraben free and primarily fun.  They are also a husband and wife team, which is amazing to know.  Their products are on sale online on a variety of sites, also Amazon and Skinnydip London.

The rainbow bath bombs are aimed at moisturising and indulging your skin, soothing muscle aches and improve your sleep quality.  You should fill your bath with warm water then drop in the bath bomb, watching as it fizzes away.  As soon as I opened the box, the scent was gorgeous.  Even though all four cloud shaped bath bombs were wrapped in clear cellophane, the scent was amazing.  I couldn’t wait to unwrap and drop into the water.  There is a mixture of lavender extract, olive oil, argon oil, coconut oil and Shea butter in each one, and oh my, what an amazing mixture that makes.  I literally couldn’t wait to drop this into my bath water.  I poured myself a glass of Prosecco and set the scene in my bathroom, gently dropping the bath bomb into the hot water.

It’s lovely to watch it kinda powers itself around the bath, powered by a rainbow of colour.  A floating cloud of rainbow in the water and a lovely relaxing aroma fills your bathroom.

I decided to get into the bath whilst the bath bomb dissolved and I think a sign of the products quality is that it took around ten mins to full dissolve.  The bath water turned a burnt orange, and I enjoyed the relaxation.  Overall I felt amazing when I stepped out.  I could feel the oil doing its work on my skin although the bath water did not have an oily film, and as promised on the box leaves no bath tub stain.  I would rate this bath bomb as the Queen of bath bombs, its head and shoulders above anything I have used before.  I was thinking of sharing the box with my daughter and daughter-in-law, but am keeping them all for myself and will get them a box each for Christmas.  What a great find, can’t wait for next week’s pamper night!
