I was asked to review this with a 1 day turn round so I quickly got to work getting it all set up and ready to use for our new edition to the family, a beautiful granddaughter who is 6 weeks old now.

On NANIT’s website they claim that Nanit babies sleep 10% longer. That’s over two weeks of extra sleep per year. Obviously I cannot confirm that as I have not had it long enough but oh boy, it is amazing! The quality of the equipment is phenomenal and it offers so much to help. You feel safe, secure and reassured when baby is asleep or even just laying down in their cot, or anywhere else as the NANIT pro is mobile.

We have a mobile app and camera at the moment which is ok but this is by far the best in comparison and I have seen and used many of them in my years of being a parent, aunty and Nana. You can imagine how elated I was when I found out what the NANIT Pro had to offer which I have outlined below.

GREAT TO KNOW AND WHAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ABOUT IT
Camera and footage is so clear and sharp, you will not miss a thing
It has the ability to track not just track babies sleep but the quality of it too.
Tracks and monitors the actions of babies breathing by using the Breathing Band designed for babies 0-3 months.
Once you download the app, this means you can keep a watchful eye on baby wherever you are in the house or even in the garden.
It has something call ‘UN-MATCHED RELIABILITY” – This means if your WIFI goes down, NANIT will still continue to work.
It comes with a two way audio which means you are able to check in with baby and talk to them, they in turn can hear you as you can hear them too.
NANIT connects to Alexa which means you are able to ask Alexa to check in for you.
NANIT is portable which means you can move it around the house or even take it away with you. NANIT has an astonishing memory of 10 WIFI networks.
It has a fantastic built in night light which is adjustable.
130 degrees wide angle view which means you have a great of baby and their surroundings.
My absolute favourite…. It has White Noise and Nature Sounds, what better way to help baby get off to sleep, relax, unwind and maybe even dream.
The app gives you personalised sleep training. Having to review this within a day of having it, I can not wait to use this, it will help by advising babies best rest time.
You can even add an member of your family or friends if you choose, so they can see baby too. All within you are control of what they can see. I shared it with the other Nana, my Mum and some other family members and my best friend. You can select and deselect any time you wish.
Stores baby’s weight and measurements, so you are able to keep these for your precious memories. I’ll be taking screen shots on the app and adding them to the first year book I am currently putting together, however, the NANIT Pro also has this covered from a Digital perspective, as it stores information and captures moments into a memory book that you can share. I am so excited to be doing this as we have family abroad and this makes for such a cute gift. What short time we have used this, we have played around with this feature and it is so much fun.
Camera is so clear and sharp, you are also able to capture moments that can be cute, adorable and funny. I love it and I have only used it for 1 day and 1 night.

As it stores the data, you have 1 year of data storage, this means you are able to go back and fourth and re-live those precious moments through NANIT INSIGHTS which allows you to access history of videos, whether its evening and or morning, You can recall tracked sleep and the monitoring of babies breathing. This is chargeable (unfortunately, the information I have is in dollars as I have taken the information direct from NANIT”s website as follows:-
