MY FUJIFILM Personalised Photo Cushion Review

It can be hard to get that special someone in your life, who appears to have everything, a gift that hits the spot. This is why it’s a nice option to look at personalised gifts. This gives extra meaning and shows that extra time and care has gone into creating the gift. The best thing is that it is a unique gift just for them. So when I was asked to review the Personalised Photo Cushion from Fujifilm around Father Day, I thought it would be a great idea for the Dad in our life – who does indeed have everything!

MY Fujifilm isn’t a company that I’ve used before for personalised gifts so I was interested to see what they had to offer. Fujifilm are well known for their quality photo prints and now they offer these prints on mugs, chopping boards, blankets, notebooks as well as cushions and many more items. In addition the usual wall art, posters, photobooks and calendar prints are available as well.

Personalising my cushion on the website was a really easy and simple process. Choosing the right photo to use took me far longer! Once chosen though it was a straightforward process to upload the photo and place my order. There is a choice of different size cushions ranging from 12×12 inch retailing at £28.98 to 20×14.3 inch costing £36.48 – and a couple more sizes in between. Delivery takes 5 days which in my case was exactly how long it took, however if you’re more of a last minute buyer then you have the option of paying for fast delivery within 2 days.

The cushion is designed to feature the personalised photo of your choice on the front, which, the description says is ‘heavyweight’ and has a ‘canvas feel’. The reverse side is made of a faux suede which feels much softer and is a fawn colour. When the cushion arrived it was exactly as the description said. In fact, I have ordered personalised cushions before from other suppliers and found the feel to be quite cold and a bit ‘crispy’ but this cushion definitely has more of a softer feel that is warm and comforting.

The size I got was 12×12 inch which is quite small and could be used for show on a sofa or bed or for comfort on a smaller chair, for example. The photo is really clear and the colours are very vibrant. It’s a lovely item! I’m really looking forward to gifting this to my children’s Dad, they absolutely love it and are very proud to be able to give it to him.

I do think that the cushion is on the more costly end of the market but with that you are getting high quality from Fujifilm, who have a reputation for quality prints and products. Its also a one-off unique gift for that person in your life who is difficult to buy for and shows how much you care.
