The first thing that struck me when I received my Funderm products was the ‘groovy’ design on all of the items- jazzy blues and green images that I immediately liked. I was intrigued into what the products such as multi-vitamins for the skin and “Was bad”(great name!) face mask, could do. Accompanying the products there was a leaflet titled- “Damn! Look beautiful”, that explained all about the prebiotic and probiotic products available and in detail how proud the company was of the cutting-edge ingredients in their products – that includes gum drops, face masks, treatments, moisturiser, toner and foam. The company claimed that they were pioneering ways to achieve fresh, beautiful and balanced skin. I immediately tried the natural red-clay mask, leaving it on as instructed for only 5 minutes. The mask was not thick or cloggy and felt very rejuvenating on my skin. The mask should have made my skin feel purified and balanced, and I must say – it did! It was great that after only 5 minutes it washed off easily without tightening my skin and my skin both felt and looked really refreshed straightaway. My 16-year-old son soon tried the “Was bad”- anti-pimple treatment and said it felt and smelt great. He’s been using it every day and loves the fact that his skin doesn’t feel oily anymore. I can definitely see that his skin looks ‘calmer’, more balanced and the red patches have reduced. The third and most unusual thing to try were the multi-vitamin ‘gummy drops’ that were really fun and tasty to chew and were a great way to get vitamins and improve skin texture without taking tablets. I have only been taking the grape-flavoured ‘Gums’ over the last 3 days (you chew 2 a day), each containing essential vitamins, active ingredients and minerals, which are gluten free and contain O% fat, however, in this short time my skin does feel smoother and a little plumper. As a mature woman, with older skin, this is all very positive(!). I am going to continue taking these as do believe I will see an improvement in the texture and look of my skin in a longer space of time as I realise that 3 days isn’t really a fair time to see such results. There are other items in the Funderm range, oil-free moisturiser, a 24/7 moisturiser for problematic or combination skin; a gentle cleansing foam that contain red-sea minerals and a refreshing toner, that leaves skin feeling fresh, purified and beautiful. I have not tried but if they are as good as the other masks, I am sure will be equally as effective. I really like the whole concept of Funderm- funky, in-vogue way to ‘treat’ your skin to natural boosting ingredients targeting to clear pimples, smooth irritated skin and restore the delicate microflora of skin (of any age). The experts from Funderm aim to get quick, wicked and efficient results and I think their solution is a winner! They have made lovely products that I will use again and again. If you want a new way to improve your skin from outside and within try these products!
