This year the Festival saw a sizable cut in its funding but is determined to continue to provide events this summer, to do this they have chosen to host fundraisers outside of the Festival. A spokesperson said: “We have had great success with our two fundraisers already this year and this Saturday provides a brilliant opportunity for us to brighten up the Easter Holidays while raising some funds for the main Festival in the Summer.”

The session doesn’t require pre-booking but there is a limited number of biscuits available for the day.

You can purchase a ticket or books of tickets from the fundraiser, or you can buy a book of tickets from the Festival website.

The Festival Spokesperson commented: “It’s important to us that our fundraisers are just like the events we host in the Festival, they are filled with fun for everyone and include some activities that are free so that anyone can join in with us and some events that cost money so contribute to our fundraising efforts. We have the perfect blend of that in this fundraiser, so if you are celebrating Easter on a budget this year please come and say hello and join in the fun! We want to see as many of you as possible, turning into the Easter bunny, eating your biscuit artwork and maybe going home with a prize or two off our tombola!”
