I have received 3 MGA Miniverse series 1 Lifestyle capsules to review.  The mini lifestyle collection has around sixty different items from aquariums to cactus’s.  Each capsule is a surprise, which is great we love a lovely surprise, but you may end up with a number of duplicate items.  Great if your friends are collecting as well.  Having three capsules I was really hoping they were all different, and they were.  The first thing I noticed was how well they were packaged, all recyclable which I like, sturdy capsule so nothing gets broken before you open it, and how colourful the packaging was, nice bright pink, easily recognisable for parents and children.  On opening the capsule, you realise how much detail the designers have put into their products.  Each individual piece is carefully wrapped again in recyclable paper, or tiny plastic pots and boxes.

Capsule one contained two tiny plant pots , one a cute cat and the other baby pink in colour, two tiny succulents, a trowel, tweezers, plant potholder and a display table.  Also, a small bag of grow sun, which is of a jelly type of consistency that you use to plant the succulents.  The centre part of the capsule makes the top of the display table. Once all put together it looked great so much thought and detail in something so small.

Capsule two contained once again individual wrapped items, a bowl, tweezers, pink stones, aqua grow, a display table, and a tiny turtle.  Even though the turtle is exceedingly small it still had detail.  The aqua grow is a resin type of liquid, which requires it to set under a UV lamp.  So, if younger children are playing with this product, it may require adult supervision, it also heat up slightly as it sets.  Make sure your turtle is where you want, as once the aqua grow is set there is no way to alter it.  Again, once complete it looks great on its display table.

Capsule three once again contained carefully wrapped individual items, this time I had a fishbowl, aqua grow, a tiny bag of blue stone, and a separate bag of slightly bigger white stones, a plant, a display table, and a tiny Japanese fighting fish.  The fish was on a transparent plastic stand so when it was in the bowl it looked like it was swimming. Once again make sure you place everything where you want it before you set the aqua grow.

Each set comes with step-by-step instructions on how to set up each mini model, and how to set the aqua grow, we used a small nail lamp my daughter had to set the gel.  The Japanese fighting fish is our favourite out of the three, I love the contrast between the blue and white of the stones.  The design team have done a fantastic job on these capsules, they may be mini, but they have thought of everything from the packaging down to the tiny details in the models and the accessories.  Personally, as a parent I would love to know what I am buying first, just so we would not have duplicates, and we could collect the complete set.  The miniatures look great on their display stands; however, I think they would make a fantastic addition to a dolls house.

I would rate these mini lifestyle capsules 5/5 due to the design, the packaging, the mindfulness and how cute they look on the shelf.

Rating: 5/5
