One of my earliest memories as a child was the test card graphic on the television – you know the one, it had a little girl with long hair using a chalk board!
When I was chosen to review the test card clock I thought ‘how cool’ – and it really is!
The clock is in the shape of a retro style TV screen and has all the colour blocks of the test card in the background as well as mock dials. The retro 80s feel has been captured perfectly – it will look so funky in my office!
The clock itself is made from very solid glass (so has a great reflective shine on the front). It’s approximately 29cm wide by 19cm tall and takes 1 x AA battery.
What I really like about the design is that it only has four numbers printed – it looks cool, funky and wouldn’t look out of place in an 80’s themed bedroom – as a prop in Ashes to Ashes!
