Me and my partner ate at Zizzi on a Friday evening .
The restaurant very beautifully decorated and was very clean. The staff were very polite and made us feel very welcome.
I have got to say the food was absolutely first class. I have eaten in many restaurants and this is one of the best.
We had a mixed starter to begin with which consisted of calamari, olives, garlic bread and Parma ham. The food was very well presented, it was very fresh and tasty.
For main my partner had the fish stew which he said was absolutely delicious. For my main I had the new linguine ai gamberi which was king prawns in a hot roquito chillie, tomato and lobster sauce. This was absolutely delicious and the sauce was not too hot.
For dessert we had a trio of desserts made up of tiramisu, tota limone (lemon tart) and chocolate melt. All were absolutely delicious.
After the meal I ordered a coffee and it came in a lovely glass cup which was a pleasure to drink from.
All in all the evening was fantastic, me and my partner will definitely be returning.
