Purepotions Scar Oil Review

Purepotions Scar Oil arrived in a well-protected and once this was opened I was pleased to see that the oil was contained in a convenient size glass bottle for the 50ml and had an application pipette that enabled the oil to be put on the skin without using excess oil.
On opening the bottle the scent of the oil was very pleasant and reminded me of aromatherapy oil (clary sage) that was used when I received a massage. The oil was of an appropriate consistency – not too thin or gluey and was pleasant – both in texture and smell – to put on the skin. Not being too ‘oily’ it was easily absorbed. I was able to put it onto my skin both before going to bed and under makeup during the day, without my skin being sticky.
The reason I wanted to review this item was that as a middle aged woman – my skin gets irritated and acne-prone, which has left pot–marked scars on my cheeks. Within 2 days of using the oil my skin ‘calmed down’ dramatically and the areas of acne dried up and cleared very quickly. I felt that the condition of my skin improved over the first week and so I have started to use the oil on my son’s facial scar and am already seeing positive results. I have continued to use the oil on a daily basis and have had no adverse reaction to the oil whatsoever. The scarring on my face has not disappeared but I feel with long-term use this oil will have a noticeable improvement to the condition of my face. I am using this on dry skin areas on my legs and arms and again this is showing some visible improvement.
I would definitely recommend this oil to my friends and others. The fact that it is made in the UK, helps a variety of skin conditions – scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, dehydrated skin and aging skin and is 100% natural – are great additional reasons to get this oil. It states on the bottle that 50ml will last 6 months and as it only needs a small amount I believe that this would be an excellent value product.
I have tried similar off-the-shelf scar oils before but definitely prefer this ‘Purepotions Oil ‘and would buy other products from this company without hesitation.
