What a great pack of goodies which will make a great gift, including Easter.
Who does not love a doll house? I love them, reminds me of being a little girl and love it when the grandchildren come round to play. I had the lovely Gabby’s Purrfect Dollhouse to review a while back and I could not wait to get started with Gabby’s Dollhouse Dough Backpack.
Being an absolute fan of any toy that encompasses sensory and interactive play, I find it is extremely important for any child’s development and as I have said before on other items I have reviewed; Argos are very good at incorporating these into their toy selection.
Cognitive learning is also very important when it comes to interactive play and there is so much that can be learnt through this, including counting, imagination, observation, hand and eye co-ordination and so much more. Just let your child’s imagination run wild and you will be surprised with your help and interaction how much they can really learn from playing with this.
So, anyone who has heard and watch Gabby’s Dollhouse on Netflix will know that most love the series, my granddaughter especially.
My Granddaughter has a vast selection of Gabby items and this made a great addition to them. Her eyes lit up when I gave it to her and she could not wait to use it.
The backpack is a cute size, not too big but big enough for little ones and has an array of bold and beautiful colours which are as follows:-

This backpack of goodies is fantastic and great for getting any child’s imagination going and is a great way to introduce interactive play when it comes to baking and sculpting, especially if you like to get creative in the kitchen, where they can join in with you.
My granddaughter pretended to make some mini cupcakes with the dough and biscuits with the with the moulds, watching her use her imaginative game play was amazing and so precious. She is just over 4 years old and great to see her really get stuck in and immersed with her own play. She even made “icing”” to put on top of her cupcakes. Brilliant!! We had a little tea party with what she made and my heart melted. Who would have thought a simple backpack with these products would give so much fun and excitement to a little child.
As my granddaughter has the dollhouse too, she used the items she made as interactive play with the dollhouse too, she went as far as making pancakes for breakfast when playing with her house. Honestly, the list goes on as to how much her imagination took over and incorporated some amazing ideas when playing with this backpack.
The backpack is brilliant for storing the items when not being used and it also because it is very versatile to pack away and take away with you when going out.
The dough is very easy to use and not gooey or sticky at all and it is very nice to work with. The moulds are quite robust and again, very easy to work with, as is the shooter and the tool.
STORAGE
I did keep the pots of mould in the fridge to keep them cool but everything else can be nicely stored in the backpack.

Love, Love, Love it. A real must for any child who loves and can be encouraged with creative and imaginative play along with role play, learning thing about looking after a home and most importantly, having lots and lots of fun at the same time.
