Wolf Springs Chronicles: Hot Blooded by Nancy Holder Review

Reviewed by Louisa Nashir

This fantastic book was a welcome surprise when it arrived recently for me to review as I had just finished another book so was looking for something else to read.

The story is about a girl called Kaitlyn who moves to the town Wolf Springs to live with her grandfather after her parent die. The town is small and everyone knows everyone’s business or so they think…

One night Kaitlyn or Kat is in the forest when she is bitten by an animal. She confides in her new friend Cordelia Fenner not realising that Cordelia and her family are werewolves. Cordelia quickly realises Kat is changing into a werewolf but doesn’t tell the rest of her family which causes a huge row and the Alpha of the werewolves and causes Lee Fenner to banish his daughter Cordelia.

The story is very good and I really enjoyed reading it, I think most adults would also enjoy this too!

I am not going I spoil it for you by telling you what happens but what I will say is read it! You won’t be disappointed at all.

Well written and the book is bigger than most books and the text was a good size.

Hot Blooded is book 2 in the Wolf Springs Chronicles series.
