I have never been to a pantomime before much less an Easter one so I did not know what to expect when we took our seats in the beautiful theatre in Bradford. The show is excellent and the star of it is Bobby Davro. Mr Davro is superb the whole show revolves around him and his character.

I must also mention that Sarah Jane Honeywell is excellent as the good witch. The whole show is excellent family entertainment sticking quite closely to the original story with a few modern additions such as Bobby impersonating Harry Hill and Ozzy Osbourne.

Mr Davro shows all his versatility as he entertains people of all ages. A great part of the show was when the characters leave the stage at various points and shake hands with the audience.

I was very impressed with the singing and the dance routines were brilliant! Danny Harmer impresses as Dorothy and she copes well with huge personality of Bobby Davro who definitely knows how to work a room.

With a very good supporting cast and an excellent evil witch the show is great entertainment for the whole family. A nice touch was that the munchkins seemed to be cast from local drama groups which added to the overall enjoyment.

At the very end Bobby came back on stage dressed in a ridiculous kangaroo outfit and treated us to "Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport" which was excellent especially when he fell down and couldn’t stand up again! Absolutely brilliant!

Highly recommended fun for all the family.
