Grey Trousers £16 – These trousers were a made from a lovely denim type material on the outside and were lined on the inside, just perfect for winter. The lining towards the bottom of the trouser was checked which gave a really smart appearance if you needed to turn them up. Another particularly nice feature of the trousers was a double waistband which meant that inside the normal waistband was a further elasticated snug band which fit close to the body; this was great especially in winter to stop drafts. The trousers complemented the rest of the outfit perfectly, but the neutral colours meant that they could be used with a variety of different outfits, making them great value for money. The only minor negative I could find with these trousers were the sizing wasn’t very generous, we chose a size 18 months for our 15 month old (who is average in weight and height) and they only just fit meaning we would only get about a month’s wear out of them, which is a shame. Next time I will order a size up, it wasn’t a major issue but worth noting.
Cream, Burgundy and Red pack of 2 t-shirts £14 – The t-shirts were long sleeved and came in a two pack. The first design was a t-shirt with burgundy arms and a cream body with a lovely bear motif on it, the second design was a red t-shirt with a small embroidered bear on it. The material used in the t-shirts was very thin which I found surprising for t-shirts in the winter catalogue and it meant that I always had to put a thick long sleeved vest underneath. The fit was better than with the trousers although after a wash they were quite snug still. When wearing the t-shirts out and about particularly the cream and burgundy one, we always received lots of complements and people asking where it was from.
Cream Cardigan with Reindeer Motif – This cardigan was just to die for, beautifully designed in cream wool, the collars and cuffs have a brown thread running through them and the bottom of the cardigan has a sweet reindeer design around the bottom. The inside lining was made from a lovely thick soft fleece. I have nothing but praise for this cardigan, it is excellent quality, washes well (good job being cream) and is the perfect winter accessory.
Combined the trousers, t-shirt and cardigan made for the perfect outfit, we received no end of compliments about it, especially the cardigan which really is something special. In fact I will be disappointed when the sun eventually returns and it’s too warm to wear!
Overall I would give this outfit 4.5* the only reason for the loss of half a star is the sizing is generally on the small size which means you wouldn’t get much wear out of it if you ordered their usual size.
