These little bottles of spices are just packed full of flavour. We tried spicy bourbon and garlic grappa.
Spicy bourbon really brought out the spicy hot flavours of the chilli we made. Complementing the smoky paprika and chilli’s, this blend of herbs and spices had the right amount of smoky burn and depth of a good bourbon.
The garlic grappa was very flavoursome and had hints of a sunny evening in a Mediterranean kitchen. We tried it on seafood which really complemented the freshness of the fish without overpowering it.When added to extra virgin olive oil it add a whole new flavour to bruchetta and is an excellent snack.
