Magnitone LiftOff Microcurrent Facial Toning And Lifting Device Review

I am really into my skincare routine and willing to try anything to keep my skin looking its best. I’d not tried any devices as of yet, so this was a welcome addition that I was excited to try. Looking into the microcurrent technology, it’s been around for a while and originally used to treat injuries to aid in recovery.

The Magnitone LiftOff facial toning device also has similarities to facial massages in that the principal is to stimulate the flow of blood and rejuvinate skin cells. This sounded really promising, and if I could get the same results at home, then bring it on!

The device itself is a lightly glittering pink with a small round button and two metal half-spheres on top. It comes with a USB charging cable, instruction manual and prepare + glide gel. After charging for the recommended 12 hours, I waited until the next morning to utilise as I note the affects are temporary, so best performed before you start your day. After cleansing, I applied the gel in a thin layer on my jawline, this should be done in sections as the gel dries quickly. I lightly pressed the metal contact points to the skin and utilised in an outwards motion, with a gentle beep signalling the length of time each glide should take. last. During use I experienced a tingling sensation along with visible facial twitching, although this was only during the treatment and I had no residual effects of
this type.

The instruction manual has both lifting glides and lifting holds with instructions on how to perform each action along with illustrations. The entirety of all actions should take around 5 minutes. The device has 4 modes each progressively stronger. I must admit I only tried the first two intensity levels, as these were plenty strong enough for me.

As with everything skincare, I believe consistency is key to get the best results. This also makes sense, if you were to lift weights at the gym over a period of time to tone muscles and then stopped, you’d expect to notice a difference.

Overall, I found Magnitone LiftOff really easy to use, once I’d got the hang of the motions it was quick to perform and I could feel it working my muscles. I especially noticed my cheekbones and jawline seemed more defined. I’ve been using for a week and I would say it takes about that long to properly start to see results so stick with it.

If your other half likes facials and taking care of their skin, this would be a lovely valentines day gift, so they can treat themself to a 5 minute facial at home everyday. Its a great way to step up a routine, the Magnitone LiftOff fits in really easily after cleansing, before I continue with my regular routine. Whereas moisturisers and other skincare creams and serums can be highly personal to an individual’s taste, a device such as this is a great universal gift.
