The Paladin Prophecy Alliance by Mark Frost Review

I was looking forward to receiving this book as I have heard good things from the series. The book carries on from just after where the first book finishes and continues with Will West and his friends, Ajay and Nick, investigating the exposed society called Knights of Charlemagne and controlling his abnormal strengths discovered. After looking into the first book Alliance does have a slower pace than the Paladin Prophecy, and seems to concentrate on the back stories of Will West, his friends, the school and the Knights of Charlemagne.

The book arrived within a few days and I found the cover very appealing and could not wait to start.

The book is able to be read as a standalone as I had not read the first part of the series and was able to follow the storyline but it would be better to read the first book as it has a lot of information which helps to better understand what is happening. Even though the book is at a slower pace it is still an amazing read and I found it hard to put it down, and will be looking forward to what the third book has to offer.
