The Breath Co Toothpaste and Mouthwash Review

For the past couple of weeks I have been using The Breath Co Fresh Breath Toothpaste and the Fresh Breath Oral Rinse.
The toothpaste is a mild mint flavour has an anti-cavity and anti-tartar formula. The tube comes in quite a large box which seems excessive for the 75ml tube. Like any toothpaste it recommends brushing at least twice daily. The toothpaste itself is like a clear paste, that is to say it has no colour so on first use seemed a bit strange as for as long as I can remember my toothpaste has always been white. While using the paste did not foam up, it that is the correct term, like other toothpaste I have used and I couldn’t actually see the paste while brushing. But it did clean my teeth. I can’t comment on the anti-cavity and anti-properties, but I did have a dentist check-up in the middle of using and didn’t need any work done.
For me the texture of the toothpaste felt all wrong and I don’t think I would buy again but it did clean my teeth and it is dentist recommended for fresh breath and cleaner, whiter teeth.
I would have to rate it 4 out of 5 as it did clean my teeth and left my mouth fresher.
Along with the toothpaste I also tried the Fresh Breath Oral Rinse which I love. This is a clear liquid with a minty smell and contains no alcohol like a lot of other mouthwashes. It comes in a 500ml bottle and as you only use half a cap full each time it should last a long while. The bottle has a screw on lid with a separate cup on top for the mouthwash. The cup has a marked line so you know how much to use. After use my breath was left feeling fresh for most of the day. I would rate this 5 out of 5.
Both the mouthwash and the toothpaste are suitable for vegetarian, vegans, are kosher and gluten-free and approved for diabetics.
So overall, while I wasn’t impressed with the toothpaste due to the texture it did do its job and clean my teeth. The mouthwash I loved and would buy again, it tasted good without the alcohol taste and left my mouth feeling fresher all day.
