This is just what I’ve been waiting for! Having tried several car fresheners before and finding they only work for a few days I wanted something better.
The packaging immediately caught my eye as it looked like it contained a good quality product. Added to this, the Yankee brand has never disappointed me before and always fills the air with gorgeous scents.
The freshener itself is so lovely. There are so many scents to choose from, which is the difficult part! I usually go for a fruity scent but on this occasion I thought I’d try Midsummer Night (RRP: £9.99) and I haven’t been disappointed. It’s helpful that there is a ‘rub and smell’ on the front of the box to help choose. The smell is so gorgeous, it’s hard to describe but I haven’t got bored of it at all. There are a choice of charms to customise the freshener to personalise it to your own style. It makes it so pretty to hang in the car and I’ve had so many comments asking where I got it from. The product comes with a fragrance locket, a refill, a bangle and one charm and is made from a heavy good quality material so it will last a long time. The fragrance itself lasts up to 30 days, after which refills can be bought to replace it (refills cost £5.99). You can also buy additional charms which are sold separately.
This would actually make a brilliant Christmas gift, I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like Yankee, who wouldn’t want a gorgeous smelling car? I am going to purchase another one to hang in the house by my shoe rack, but unlike other fresheners I have used for this, this one will be on show as it’s so pretty. All in all a great quality product that makes my car and home smell heavenly every day!
