When it comes to baby and toddler absolute must haves the Shnuggle Eco-Touch Nappy Bin by the UK based award winning Shnuggle company ticks all the boxes! Shnuggle’s vision is to put making life easier for parents at the heart of all it does, underpinned by a deep commitment to safety for little ones.

Remarkably innovative, they launched the first hypoallergenic and wickerless moses basket in 2009 and have since developed a wide range of quality award winning products to cover all the key areas of baby’s needs – sleeping, bathing and changing.

Can a nappy bin be stylishness? I am now convinced it can! I was very impressed with the overall discreet look of the Eco-Touch Nappy Bin. With its muted colour and compact, slimline design, this nappy bin will blend into any room of the house, without being too obvious about its purpose.

Parenthood always brings a host of challenges, not least baby changing time, when two hands never seem to be enough! Put simply, the Shnuggle Eco-Touch Nappy Bin is thoughtfully designed to make life simpler and easier for busy parents. The nappy bin is effortless to open, only needing one little touch and also has a simple ‘drop and go’ system which thoughtfully and very cleverly only needs one hand, meaning full focus can be on baby – genius!

With great attention to detail in design, the Eco-Touch Nappy Bin has a dual-seal odour airlock which means even when the outer lid is open, it is reassuringly odour-proof. The dual-seal also prevents little hands from delving inside. We found the capacity to be generous too, the bin holds a good volume of up to 26 size 1 nappies.

Shnuggle are renowned for being eco friendly and the Eco-Touch Nappy Bin is no exception. The Eco-Touch is made from 100% recyclable plastic, with no single use plastic packaging. Currently, Shnuggle offer a sample pack of Better Bag Nappy Bin Liners with each Eco-Touch Nappy Bin, which are 100% biodegradable. The Better Bag Nappy Bin Liners are also highly recommended, coming in packs of 45 liners, they are a ‘kinder choice’ for the environment, generating less carbon emissions and less plastic than other bin liners. We found them very easy to use and remove, with very little smell.

Although the Shnuggle Eco-Touch Nappy Bin may be more expensive than others with initial expense, you can use any correctly sized bin liners rather than the special cassettes which other products use – this keeps things simple as well as the overall running costs being a lot less.

As well as the easy one-handed use, reassuringly, the Eco-Touch also features an antibacterial additive on all the everyday touch points for added sanitation and comfort.

A baby and toddler must have! The Shnuggle Eco-Touch Nappy Bin offers all the great design features we would expect from this quality, award winning brand. It also offers good value for money in the longer term, combining thoughtful design with practicality for busy parents and is most highly recommended.
