I’ve been a face of Orchard Toys for a very long time and this is a great addition to our collection for when the grandchildren come to visit.
This really is a lovely little game for young children, especially those who enjoy nursery rhymes and learning through play. It brings a familiar childhood favourite to life, combining colourful pieces with a fun counting game. It would make a lovely gift or Christmas gift and is a great way to encourage little ones to learn whilst having fun.

The Five Little Ducks Game is bright, colourful and inviting for little ones. I love the concept of using a familiar nursery rhyme and turning it into a game children can enjoy with family and their friends. It’s simple, fun and provides a number of educational benefits, which is always a winning combination when choosing toys.

DESIGN AND STYLE
The colourful design is lovely and the duck theme is instantly recognisable, particularly for little ones who already know the nursery rhyme. It’s not overly complicated visually and the different coloured boards help children identify their own ducklings.
QUALITY AND DURABILITY
The game is made from board pieces and cards designed for repeated play. As with any children’s game, the pieces need looking after, especially when children might be a little heavy-handed. With sensible care and proper storage, it should last a long time and provide plenty of opportunities for play.

Set up is very straightforward, and the simple instructions explain how to play. Children take turns turning over lily pad cards, collecting their ducklings and bringing them home.
