British brand, award-winning Muddy Puddles started off with a mum at her kitchen table in Devon selling her all in one suit at local country fairs. With the changing weather, we were fortunate to be offered the opportunity to review the Muddy Puddles bestselling Puddleflex Fleece Lined Wellies and Eco/Warm Waterproof Snowsuit from this quality, eco-friendly company.
At first glance, we all loved the look of these high quality durable rubber Puddleflex wellies in navy with a stripy lace tie for a classic look. Our little one instantly pulled them straight on for a stomp around! The wellies also come in a lovely bright red and range in size from size 5 infant to 5 youth. Muddy Puddles must have had the British weather in mind when they designed these brilliant wellies so perfectly for both the rain and cold – a super smart idea!
We absolutely loved the warm and toasty fleece lining which made the wellies so comfortable and just a dream to wear – no more feet sliding and rubbing for us! They also have an adorable quilted upper with faux fur trim – they look just great! How annoying can it be when water goes over the top of wellies or the cold sets in! Cleverly, the lace tie around the top of these wellies works brilliantly to secure and protect against both the wet and the cold – Muddy Puddles have certainly worked hard to tick all the boxes.
The wellies are also extremely durable and with impressively sturdy gripped soles, our little one was completely ready for all terrains and puddles! With typical Muddy Puddle’s attention to detail, the wellies also have a reflective panel at the back to ensure top visibility and safety in murkier conditions.
Muddy Puddles are onto a winner in designing a product which combines the warmth and comfort of a snow boot with the practicalities of a wellie – genius! Overall, the Muddy Puddles Puddleflex Fleece Lined Wellies are a great, superior quality item which are hardwearing and look brilliant!
