Miele Seasonal Seafood Cookery Course Preview

What: Miele, the high end appliance brand are joining forces with Michelin starred chef Ryan Simpson, to teach a group of passionate amateur chefs the the latest techniques in preparing and cooking seafood. As well as learning top tips from Ryan, guests will learn from the demo, how to cook two delicious seafood recipes, as well as being able to taste them afterwards! Guests will be treated to a masterclass of dishes including Seared Sea Bream and Mussels in a White Wine and Saffron Broth, as well as a few of Ryan’s signature dishes. Miele prides itself on using locally sourced food and this exclusive class does exactly that. Drinks and canapés will be included in ticket prices.
