SKIPPY® Nutty Banana Pancakes
Serves 4

Ingredients
340g jar of SKIPPY® Extra Smooth or Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter (use 100g in this recipe)
120g packet pancake mix
240ml milk
½ large banana, chopped
60g chopped pecans
1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
large egg
Sliced banana
Maple syrup
Method
1. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
2. Coat a 30cm non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Heat over a medium heat. Scoop about 75ml batter into the pan; cook, turning once, until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
3. Serve the pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
