Estrella Galicia Gastronomy Month, the UK’s biggest Spanish food festival, is returning in May for another month of culinary magic.

The annual food and drink festival, which celebrates the flavours of Spain and the refreshing taste of Estrella Galicia beers, returns to the UK and Ireland for its fourth year running.

This year Gastronomy Month will feature 21 exclusive events – from Edinburgh to Dublin, Newcastle to Liverpool, Cardiff to London – that will transport Brits to the heart of Spain’s vibrant food culture.

Tickets for the event series, which includes Spanish Fiestas, chef-hosted dinners, ‘Tapas Tours’ and tasting menus that bring the spirit of Spain to cities across the UK, are on sale now.

The events will bring together over 120 top restaurants, bars and bodegas across the UK and Ireland, and will be hosted by an array of chefs. These include Brindisa’s founder Monika Linton, Michelin star chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho from Sabor, Urban Brewing’s Dan Keane, and award-winning Bar 44’s Owen Morgan.

“Tickets are on sale now, and we invite foodies, beer enthusiasts and everyone interested in an extraordinary culinary experience to join us as we delve into the depths of Spanish gastronomy in a variety of cities.”

This year, for the first time Gastronomy Month will involve a’ ‘Longest Lunches’ event series. Also new for 2024 is the immersive series of ‘Pour &…’ events, showcasing the art of beer and food pairing. Guests will have the chance to sample the range of Estrella Galicia beers alongside a variety of specially paired dishes, curated and hosted by Beer & Food painting experts from the brand’s Beer Culture team flying in from Galicia.
The series also offers expert-led jamón carving demonstrations and opportunities for guests to get hands-on and learn the culinary art for themselves.

Back again for another year are much loved favourites including Gastronomy Month’s Spanish Fiestas and ‘Tapas Tours’.
